044 和える家

新旧・和洋が織り成す住まい

鉄骨造3階建て戸建て住宅の改修です。住み慣れた家の動線や素材、設備をできるだけ温存しながら、現在や未来の生活に適した住まいへと仕立て直しました。南向きで日当たりのよい2階は和室を取り込んで大きな居間とし、キッチン・洗面を巡る回遊動線を通して使い勝手の向上や収納量の拡充をはかりました。1階は寝室・ワークスペース・クローゼットを再編してやや落ち着いた場所をつくり、既存のコンパクトな水回りを活かして将来的には平屋で生活が完結できる間取りとしています。共に暮らす猫ちゃんの希望を（お施主様を通じて）取り入れながら設計しました。

Aeru House

This is a renovation of a three-story steel-framed house. The existing floor plan, materials, and facilities were preserved as much as possible, and the house was re-tailored to suit current and future lifestyles. The living room is located on the sunny second floor. It is a large room that mixes Western and Japanese styles, and is connected to the kitchen and washroom to expand usability and storage capacity. The first floor is designed as a calm space by reorganizing the bedroom, workspace, and closet, while the compact sanitary and kitchen can be used to live as a one-story house in the future. Both floors are designed to be a comfortable home for the cat and his owner.
